Hi All, Leslie here.
I’m a strategic communications program manager currently living in Austin, Texas. I work hard and I play hard. When I’m not working, I am creating glass art (www.solcatchers.net) and also making beaded jewelry. I’m a regular down at the SoCo market on South Congress at the vendor area by Vespaio’s restaurant and some other Austin venues like the SAMI shows and other festivals around town. When I’m not doing that, I’m busy riding my motorcycle. I’m the proud kitty mommy to two wonderful kitties. I love to travel and in the past few years have been to Belize and the Amazon River. Next up on the list is Egypt to see the Pyramids, the Sphinx and the Nile. and then after that will be a trip to Africa to go on safari in the Serengeti in Tanzania. I love the big cats and consider the lion to be my totem animal.
So there you have it - communicator, traveler, biker, artist, cat lover. That and much much more. I hope you stick around while I share my adventures with you as life IS an adventure! As my sister once said to me, it's all about what you do with your dash. You know that dash they put on your gravestone that separates your birth date from your death date? It's your dash. What are YOU doing with your dash?
We only have so much time on this blue globe of ours so make everyday count.
Peace,
Leslie
